We were really pleased with the facilities and service provided here, and the prices were reasonable, plus the Wi-Fi was accessible everywhere.

The location of the hotel was convenient, making it easy to explore Hangzhou. the hotel had a large lobby, which made it easy to navigate and find our way around. However, these two facts were not enough to make up for the numerous negative aspects of our stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Hangzhou.
the lobby was dark and eerie, with no inviting atmosphere. the rooms were not comfortable at all.
